Celebrating Differences Campaign
Rob is a great ambassador for neuro-inclusivity, I have worked with him since 2022 on an autism awareness promotional campaign ‘Celebrating Differences’, where I hired Rob to create a video for a Staffordshire County Council promotional campaign. It involved travelling across the whole county filming in different locations over a period of weeks. Rob has been very professional, communication between us has been great, and feedback from peopled being filmed has also been very positive. I have felt confident in his abilities to work independently from the start and he has produced a great film.
More recently I have worked with him to support and develop the Disability and Neurodiversity Strategy in Staffordshire where he has influenced positive change through reviewing and auditing online information and environments. Rob always comes with a positive attitude, and a passion and enthusiasm to make positive changes for neurodivergent people. I look forward to working with him on future projects.

Talent Match Staffordshire
Conference Video
Robert supported Talent Match in our early days when we needed content most desperately to build up a visual library. Most spectacularly, Robert undertook to produce videos for and of our first conference. He was given a brief that was largely open to interpretation (since there was no one at Talent Match with the media background sufficient to design anything more specific) and Robert managed to capture exactly the look and feel that we were hoping for.

Robert was on hand to film the conference event, capturing key moments as well as roving footage, and afterwards was entrusted to edit the material together. His one instruction for this task was ‘don’t lose the memory card’. Once again Robert produced exactly what Talent Match was hoping for, bringing his own creative flair to produce something that resonated with our service users and really captured our values and ethos.
I have no qualms recommending Robert for his diligence, hard work, creative vision as well as his polite and professional manner.
